4. Vulnerability Assessment and Targeting

• Developing methodologies to identify and prioritize vulnerable populations
• Conducting vulnerability assessments to understand risks and needs at the individual, household, and community levels
• Designing targeting mechanisms for social protection programs to ensure resources reach the most in need
• Utilizing geographic, demographic, and socioeconomic data to enhance precision in targeting
• Evaluating the effectiveness of targeting approaches to refine interventions
